Most corporate gifts in Canada are bought once a year, under time pressure, from a promotional catalogue. The result is predictable: a logo mug, a fleece vest, a tote. Appreciated politely, forgotten by February. The budget is spent; the goodwill isn't earned.
Venque Corporate exists because a backpack is the exception. We're a Toronto carry brand first — fifteen years designing bags people buy at full retail because they want them. When your logo goes on one, you're branding an object your team would have chosen anyway. That's the whole difference between a gift and a giveaway.
What we do

Why the minimum is 10
Most promotional suppliers start at fifty units or more, and overseas factories often want five hundred. That forces a forty-person company to over-order and leaves boxes in a storage room. We start at 10 pieces — deliberately low, so a small team, a single event, or a department budget can run a proper programme without waste. Most orders we ship land between 40 and 80 pieces.
Which bag
The Envoy is our executive bag and the usual choice for client gifts and leadership programmes. For larger teams and onboarding at volume, the Transit Alpha 20L is lighter and more casual, and comes in Black or Ash. Both are unisex and structured. What is the minimum order for corporate gifts?
Custom-branded programmes start at 10 units, including custom gift boxes. That's deliberately low — most promotional suppliers in Canada start at fifty or more, and overseas factories often want five hundred. Most of our corporate orders land between 40 and 250 pieces.
How is pricing structured?
Volume-based, with meaningful discounts off our $199–$249 CAD retail at gifting quantities. Pricing depends on quantity, which bag, the branding method, and packaging. Tell us your quantity and we'll return a firm per-unit quote alongside your mockup — usually within 48 hours.
What branding options are available?
Four: laser engraving or printing on the removable gunmetal plate, tone-on-tone debossing into the coated-leather panel, a woven or printed label inside the main compartment, and your logo on the custom gift box. Interior placement is our most requested option — it keeps the gift personal rather than turning your team into walking advertisements.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or high-res PDF) of your logo. If you only have a PNG, send it — we can usually work from it or advise on what we'd need.
How fast can you deliver?
Mockup in 48 hours, physical sample in 1–2 weeks, production in 6–8 weeks — roughly 10 to 12 weeks door to door. Tight deadline? Tell us the date; expedited options exist for most of North America. For a September onboarding class or a fall conference, start the conversation in July.
Do you ship corporate gifts across Canada?
Yes. We're based in Toronto and ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. Orders can go to a single office or be individually boxed, labelled, and sent to each recipient's address — useful for distributed and remote teams.
Which bag should we choose?
The Envoy is our executive bag — the usual choice for client gifts, leadership programmes, and anything where the recipient will carry it into a meeting. Can we order more than one colour in a single run?
Yes. The Transit Alpha comes in Black and Ash, and a single programme can mix both. Mixed-colour runs don't change the minimum or the timeline.
Are corporate gifts tax deductible in Canada?
Physical gifts are generally deductible as a marketing or promotion expense, while food, drink, and entertainment gifts typically fall under the 50% entertainment limitation. We're not accountants — confirm your specific situation with yours.
