Why this matters

Our programs start at 10 pieces, which is unusual in this category. Most promotional suppliers require fifty or more, which forces small teams to over-order and leaves boxes in a storage room. We would rather you order what you need.

What is the minimum order for branded backpacks?
Custom branded backpack programs start at 10 pieces, including custom gift boxes. Most corporate orders land between 40 and 80 pieces, but we deliberately keep the minimum low so small teams are not forced to over-order.
How much do custom backpacks cost?
Pricing is volume-based, with meaningful discounts off our $199–$249 CAD retail depending on quantity, bag, and branding method. Tell us your quantity and we will return a firm per-unit quote alongside your mockup, usually within 48 hours.
What artwork do you need for a logo?
A vector file — AI, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PDF. If you only have a PNG, send it anyway; we can usually work from it or advise on what we would need.
How long does production take?
Mockup in 48 hours, a physical branded sample in one to two weeks, and production in six to eight weeks. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us the date — expedited options exist for most of North America.
Do you ship branded backpacks across Canada?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. Orders can go to a single office or be boxed, labelled, and sent to individual addresses — useful for distributed and remote teams.
Can we order different colours in one run?
Yes. The Transit Alpha comes in Black and Ash, and a single program can mix both. Mixed-colour runs do not change the minimum.
